9. No Export. You agree that you will not export or re-export the Prototype or any Confidential Information received from Apple (a) into (or to a national or resident of) any U.S. embargoed country (currently, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria); or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use the Prototype or Confidential Information for any purposes where prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons.

Und sollte ich den c compiler, den ich runterladen möchte, zur Entwicklung biologischer Waffen verwenden, dann ist die drohende Vertragsstrafe sicher meine größte Sorge.

Für einen Hiwi-Job an der Uni habe ich auch mal unterschrieben, daß ich nie Mitglied im Verband der Kleintierzüchter (der DDR) war. Als ehemaliges Mitglied einer verfassungsfeindlichen Organisation darf man schließlich nicht im öffentlichen Dienst arbeiten.
